How does Custom Time Tracker 2008 work?
Your workers can now go directly to the jobsite. There they clock in using Custom Time Tracker. This can be done from a laptop, usually kept by the foreman. Each worker is assigned a 4 digit code as their PIN so its easy for them to remember. They simply type in their 4 digit code and what job they are working on and that's it. The screen displays both English and Spanish which makes translation simple and easy for your workers.
After they enter their code, they simply select the job they are working on at that time.
The workers name is displayed along with your list of jobs, in addition the activity for that worker is displayed so he can see his time clock activity. The system is intelligent, your workers do not have tell the system whether they are clocking in or out, this reduces confusion your workforce may have.
That's just how simple and easy it is for your workforce to use this system. Minimal training is needed - just a few buttons to click.
